Runs the company from Manor Farm in Calthorpe, where the first Dofygate was built to automate a gate that had no power supply.
Heads up sales, marketing and our partner network. Speak to John about pricing, site demonstrations and larger projects.
Responsible for engineering the barrier. Before Dofygate he was Autowrappers' chief development engineer and a consultant at Hethel Engineering Centre.
Installs, services and supports Dofygate barriers out on customer sites.
Takes new concepts from sketch to finished product, and adapts barriers for unusual sites and bespoke jobs.
Produces Dofygate components on our own machines and keeps finding smarter ways to make them. With us since 2017.
Puts barriers together and tests every one before dispatch. Joined the team on an apprenticeship in 2021 and has since gained a lean manufacturing qualification.
Runs orders, admin and the office, and helps out on the assembly bench.
Joins us from RKD Engineering in Erpingham to help with fabrication and barrier assembly.

Staff, family and friends gathered in a field near the workshop when the 1,000th Dofygate was completed on 13 June 2025. More than 1,200 solar powered barriers are now working across the UK.
